Description

SHEMAT-Suite is a shared-memory parallel open-source code for simulating coupled flow, heat and species transport in geological reservoirs. In addition to the solution of forward problems it offers the additional functionality for the solution of inverse problems by deterministic and stochastic approaches. The deterministic approaches are based on Bayesian inversion while the stochastic approaches include Monte Carlo and ensemble Kalman filter techniques.
